Ideally, we should be receiving a 100% light from our higher selves. During this lifetime and previous lifetimes, we have created non-constructive perception filters. These non-constructive perceptions are created and based upon our beliefs about ourselves, God and the World around us and can significantly reduce the amount of light that we receive from our higher selves into our Chakras.
